All talks must be given in English

All abstracts must be submitted in English

No particular format is expected for the abstract submission

Talks


No special structure is expected for talks. The speaker must prepare a communication of 10 minutes that will be followed by 5 minutes of questions. Please, do prepare a talk of that length. In order to respect the sessions planning, we won't hesitate to stop you if you exceed the allotted time. 

Thanks to privilege PDF formats in order to minimize compatibility issues. .PPt and .PPTx formats will be accepted as well but please, prepare a PDF version out of precaution. Any format requiring the installation of a software or that needs an internet connection won't be accepted. 

 

Posters

Posters have to be prepared in A0 format (84.1 x 118.9 cm). You are then free to present it as you want. 

Posters will be presented in 1 minute during the flash-poster session. Posters will then be exposed during all week so that they can be seen at coffee breaks and, more time will be offered during the poster session.

 

Attaching documents for popularization

Whether or not you want to participate in the  step of popularization of your work (see dedicated section), you have the option of attaching documents that can help to understand your presentation, at the end of your submission process. These documents can be in the form of text, pictures or video (to a URL).

If you want to share documents for popularization, please choose "Oral / Poster + documents for popularization" as the submission type and indicate in the title of your documents those intended for popularization.
