By train:

The two stations closest to the CEBC are those of Niort and Beauvoir-sur-Niort (20 minutes by train or car from Niort). Shuttles will be organized to pick up the participants in these two stations.

Niort is accessible by train from Bordeaux, Limoges and Nantes in about 3h30 with one or two connections.

Trains also make the journey to Niort from Poitiers in 1 hour and from La Rochelle in 40 minutes.

Finally, many trains link Paris to Niort in 2h30.
